描述：头冠橘色，单眼位于复眼连线前缘，单眼后域浅褐色，中央具一深褐色Y型斑，头冠后缘深褐色，”Y”型斑两侧各有一深褐色小黑斑；颜面浅黄色，两侧的横印痕列延伸至头冠呈褐色，周缘深褐色；前胸背板绿色，前缘具黄色的弧形条斑；小盾片黄色；前翅绿色，端部深褐色透明。 雄虫尾节侧瓣向后适度延长，后缘凸圆，端部散生大刚毛，基部着生少量大刚毛；尾节腹突细长，向背后方延伸；下生殖板弯向背缘，近中域着生一列大刚毛，外缘散生细刚毛；连锁宽”Y”型，阳基侧突基部较宽，端部较细，呈弯钩状；阳茎基突细长，端部弯钩状；阳茎长片状，与阳茎基突相关联。
